Welcome, everyone, to my personal blog and website. This site started at another location on the net as a private blog for communicating with investors, business associates, and a few others. The initial idea was to use blogging as an efficient way of providing business updates, and while that remains the core mission of that site — it’s also evolved into a more freeform “soapbox” from which I can convey thoughts, ideas, and reactions. With a tremendous amount of support and encouragement from those readers on the old private blog–and recognizing the value to our enterprise of the networking that can be stimulated by “public” blogging–I’m moving that blog over to this site and making a good portion of it available for anyone to read. All 300++ previous blog posts from the old site are here. You can find them by clicking on the ARCHIVE links in the column to the left. You can also access them through the category listings at the bottom of the page. Those posts in the archives that contain confidential biz info are password protected, but the rest are now in effect “declassified” and available for general reading.Going forward, I will password protect blog postings only when they really need to be kept private. It’s a work in progress and the system will evolve, I’m sure, as we see how it works, but I’m excited to be able to expand our readership. We’re always looking to expand our network of contacts and associates, and this is an especially exciting time for us.For those of you who may have stumbled up on this by accident, there are links to our other “official” pages on the left column. To begin reading the blog, just click on the BLOG tab at the top of this page or click on any of the RECENT POSTS listed on the left. And of course as always, you can easily contact me directly via email atsellers.michael@mac.comThanks for stopping by!

Michael, I think this is a good idea. I’ve often thought that it was a bit of a waste for you to blog every day like you do and not let it go out to a wider audience. Please do keep those of us on your “team” in the loop on the private “biz info” as you call it — but I’m sure you’ll continue to do that. As for the rest of it, I think it’s time for you to “come out” a bit — so go for it! Good luck!

Great idea, Michael. But will you continue to maintain the “old blog” or are you closing that down?

Yes, Simon. For the time being I’m going to maintain the two sites in parallel until I can figure out whether merging them is the best solution. So you can continue to get the info from the other site if you prefer that. On this site, when you come across a password protected blog, just use the password you’re already using on the old site. If you have any questions or problems just email me.
